This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment related to the automotive paint line.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations (ISO45001, ISO14001, IATF16949).
- Implement and maintain company-specific safety protocols ensuring compliance with 6NN safety requirements.
- Identify and report potential hazards, take corrective action, and promote a safety-first culture.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory safety standards.
Scheduled Maintenance and Inspections:
- Perform regular inspections of paint line equipment, robotic systems, conveyor systems, and auxiliary equipment.
- Conduct daily checks on equipment conditions and document findings.
- Implement energy-saving improvements and support continuous efficiency initiatives.
Breakdown Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in paint line equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Equipment and Process Management:
- Ensure proper functioning of digital control systems, robotic arms, sprayers, ovens, conveyors, and PLC-controlled machines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to update standardized work instructions and operating procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to adjust and optimize processes as needed.
