Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to join our team at BeBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization, as well as representing the company in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support to the organization

Represent the company in legal proceedings

Draft, review and negotiate contracts

Monitor changes in relevant legislation

Provide guidance on legal issues

Research and analyze legal issues

Prepare legal documents

Maintain records of legal documents

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Law, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
