Care Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team at Worcester Complex Care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Qualification in Residential Childcare and a Full UK Driving Licence. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding when working with vulnerable children and young people.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £14.17 - £14.99 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive a sleep-in rate of £30.00 and an overtime rate of 1.25 times your hourly wage.
Gross annual pay based on full-time hours + 10 sleep-ins ranges from £33,073 to £34,779. Flexible part-time contracts are available based on service needs.
