We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exports Coordinator to join our team at Staff Solutions.

About the Job

This role requires strong administrative and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of international trade regulations. As an Exports Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of exports, from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate or Diploma in Exports or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in exports administration. You will be responsible for creating and managing export documentation, updating customers and warehouse teams on order status, and ensuring compliance with SARS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing export documentation from order receipt to delivery
  • Monitoring arrivals and departures, including forwarding and clearing of orders
  • Creating and managing commercial invoices
  • Updating customers and warehouse teams on order status
  • Completing SADC certificates for locally manufactured goods
  • Filling in shipping instructions forms for transporters collecting
  • Ensuring all documentation meets SARS requirements
  • Assisting with export queries, short deliveries, and investigations on price errors and discrepancies
  • Daily feedback and discussions with CDC and updating priority lists
  • Monthly sales reports per customer
  • Attending exports meetings and keeping minutes
  • Recording keeping of documentation
