About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO, Senior Factory Managers, and other Deputy Factory Managers as well as Junior Factory Managers in operational management and team development of all the factories.

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance systems to ensure optimal factory performance.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing personnel to meet business needs.
  • Implementing best practices in all areas of the factory to drive continuous improvements and waste elimination.
  • Leading operational teams and individuals in achieving targets and ensuring the factory is focused on agreed key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • BSc Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Industrial or Metallurgist) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of solid and traceable track record in a similar position.
  • Excellent managerial skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Able to manage growth and change in a professional and entrepreneurial manner.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Bonus scheme available. Benefits include excellent health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave package. We also offer opportunities for career development and progression within the company.
