Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Reviewing project results of backlog execution and preparing journal entries for certain costs.
  2. Preparing the Monthly Management Account (MA) pack and auditing files.
  3. Performing extensive analyses of business performance and compiling information to prepare reports in support of management decision-making.
  4. Functional Controlling – controlling, budgeting, cost control, communication, charging mechanisms, tax compliance, and business partnering with respective functions.
  5. Supporting in reporting and closing processes; monthly and quarterly closing activities.
  6. Preparing cost analysis, estimates, accruals, reclassification, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting.
  7. Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance (or similar).
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling/analysis; experience on advanced level in FP&A Operations will be an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability; effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; high sense of ownership, can-do attitude, and ability to influence others.
  • Good knowledge of the SAP FI/CO module.
  • Solid knowledge of general accounting and reporting processes.
  • Capability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
