Job Description for Senior Electrician - Free State

AVBOB South Africa in Bloemfontein is looking for a highly qualified Senior Electrician to oversee the electrical operations in our manufacturing area.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices. They will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of electrical work, from start to finish, and preparing documents for inspections of all electrical related matters.

Key qualifications include an N3 electrical qualification, knowledge of 11kV substations, CNC machinery knowledge (PLC), a valid Driver's License, PC Literacy, and a Wireman's license. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrician is essential.

A successful Senior Electrician will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of technical expertise in electrical systems.
