At Capital Recruit, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge recruitment management system. As the lead engineer on this project, you'll be responsible for crafting both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure code for the platform's front-end and back-end components.
  • Leverage AI coding tools to optimize development processes and boost efficiency.
  • Implement database design strategies to ensure optimal query performance.
  • Develop and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Prioritize task management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results under minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Technical Requirements
  • Expertise in React, including hooks, context, and component lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, including type definitions and generics.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization strategies for React applications.
  • Experience with state persistence strategies and managing state using Context API and React Query.
Backend Development
  • API Design: Proficient in RESTful API design, with experience in versioning, rate limiting, and caching strategies.
  • Database Design: Strong knowledge of schema design, relationship modeling, and query optimization.
  • Authentication & Authorization: Experience implementing JWT authentication, OAuth2 integration, and role-based access control.
  • Server Infrastructure: Expertise in Node.js/Express.js development and strong experience with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
DevOps & Deployment
  • CI/CD Pipeline: Experience with automated testing, build optimization, and deployment automation strategies.
  • Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
