Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team at Overberg Personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food products
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, stock management, and food safety
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and excellence
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Gr 12 Hospitality qualification or equivalent
- Chef qualification required
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality/restaurant management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
