This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of ECM technologies, as well as experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and develop targeted solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Current-state Capability Architectures: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current state of Nedbank's ECM capabilities, including processes, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Define Future-state Capability Architectures: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement future-state ECM capabilities that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Develop Roadmaps for Transformation: Create detailed roadmaps outlining the steps necessary to transform current-state ECM capabilities into future-state architectures.
  • Design Guardrails and Patterns: Develop guidelines and patterns for the use of specific ECM technologies to ensure consistency and standardization across the organization.
  • Drive Organizational Understanding and Alignment: Foster a culture of ECM awareness and alignment throughout the organization by providing training and support to employees.
Requirements
  • Advanced Degree in Information Technology or Related Field: A degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in ECM: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ECM, with a strong focus on architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in ECM technologies, such as IBM FileNet and OpenText, is essential. Experience with cloud-based ECM solutions, such as CloudPak for Business Automation, is also highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive ECM initiatives forward.
