We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Strategist to join our team at Decision Inc. This role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems that drive better business outcomes.

Your Role:

  • You will be instrumental in identifying and developing cutting-edge technology solutions to enable better decision making for our customers.
  • You will participate in analysis and design sessions, work with business analysts to determine the best fit solution for our clients, and deliver the complete EPM project with the consulting team.
  • You will communicate progress with the team lead and project teams, produce user and testing documentation, and build planning input sheets, reports, dimensions, security set-up & workflows etc.
  • You will also have intermediate MS Excel workbook analysis skills to determine business logic, ERP data extraction (Integration Services), data loading and balancing, and technologies such as Board and Adaptive Planning.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • You should have strong MS Excel skills (Complex Formulas/Pivot Tables/Modelling), B. Com Honours Information Management / Accounting / Fin management / Financial Science, CA (SA) Highly Beneficial.
  • You should have at least 5 years experience in a Consulting environment, a passion for technology and its impact on the finance function, an understanding of multi-dimensional data models, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills with the emphasis on relationship building, understanding business requirements, and management of business expectations.
  • You should be proactive and accountable for your own deliverables, able to work within a team, effective in planning and organisational skills, able to work under pressure and be deadline driven, sound in judgment, logical thinking, and strong analytical skills, and able to correctly understand the outcomes of the deliverables assigned.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
