Job Description

A leading provider of high-quality kitchen appliances and cookware is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP) operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software systems, as well as experience in network administration, installation, and troubleshooting. A national diploma in Information Technology or equivalent certification is required, along with relevant industry certifications such as A+, N+, and Microsoft Certification.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate information systems and EDP operations
  • Oversee telecommunications systems, develop policies and procedures for data processing, computer systems, and operations
  • Hire and manage IT personnel and contractors for systems design, development, and administration
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network communication systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company hardware and software updates and functionality
Requirements
  • National Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent certification
  • A+, N+, and Microsoft Certification
  • 5-10 years of IT Management experience
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in computer hardware and software systems, network administration, installation, and troubleshooting

R50,000 - R55,000 per month CTC
