- Provide input on the schedule and sequence of testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with test policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in all project life cycle phases, including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, reporting, and assessment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software testing principles, including functional and non-functional testing. Proficiency in testing tools such as Jira, ALM, Selenium, UFT, Cucumber, JMeter, and other licensed or open-source options is essential.
A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in software testing with increasing levels of responsibility is required. Experience in automation testing, load testing tools, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and New Relic is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the software development process, including Agile development methodologies, and proficiency in debugging network-related issues are also important skills for this role.
