Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Excellerate JHI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a centre by optimising all trading opportunities, including lease agreements, and ensuring that the portfolio financial performance remains sound.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing personnel and resources to achieve optimal building income
• Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with tenants
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years experience in the property / centre management industry
• Minimum qualification grade 12
• A Business (marketing) or a property related tertiary qualification would be a recommendation
