Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced Financial Risk Manager to join our team at On Line Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for mitigating financial risks associated with suppliers in the automotive industry.

As a Financial Risk Manager, you will be working closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, purchasing managers, and other internal teams, to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
">Responsibilities:
">The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and risk management, with experience in analyzing financial statements, identifying areas of financial instability, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
">Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting deep financial analysis to identify potential financial risks associated with suppliers;">
- Moderating meetings with suppliers to clarify questions regarding future financial development;">
- Monthly reporting of local supplier financial ratings to purchasing management;">
- Evaluating and consulting with purchasing staff on economic questions related to suppliers in financial crisis;">
- Preparing and supporting top management to calculate deep ratings for financially unstable suppliers;">
- Record-keeping of statistical data for management/departmental reporting;">
Requirements:
">To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
">A Chartered Accountant (SA) or B Com Honours (CTA) Graduate with completed Articles;
">Minimum 5 years plus Accounting and/or Finance experience, preferably within motor manufacture or related industries;
">Working knowledge of financial risk management;
">Ability to understand financial statements and impact of underlying accounting policies applied;
">Ability to communicate at all levels;
">Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
">Excellent oral and written communication skills;
">Self-motivated and driven;
">Presentation skills (creating and presenting to management);
">Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks simultaneously;
">Brief Background:
">The role offers a competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience, ranging from R50 000 to R60 000 per month, as well as benefits.
