Project Director

Keo-Kutlwi Group (Pty)Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our drilling operations team.

• Develop and implement project readiness plans to ensure timely and within-budget execution.
• Source and provide operational information for accurate estimation of new project proposals.
• Conduct distribution planning and scheduling of contract initiation resources.
• Ensure compliance with government regulatory, tax, and legislative requirements.
• Manage relationships with clients, mines, and sub-contractors.
• Identify and action potential new business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Perform visible leadership on sites and drive team performance.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Internal/industry-specific certifications.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant operational construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a mining environment.
