Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mining Program Architect Lead to join our team at Wesbank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation in the mining industry.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mining processes, systems, and tools, as well as technical advisory capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders across areas to ensure all technical solutions align with the big-picture strategy and are adopted across application projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the charge as the Mining Program Architect ensuring all technical solutions align with the big-picture strategy and are adopted across application projects.
  2. Ensure all technical solutions align with the program's goals and strategy and are adopted by governance forums across application projects.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across areas to promote reuse of existing client assets.
  4. Support teams across requirements, solution architecture, integration architecture, and procurement.
  5. Guide and assist architects in architectural documentation modeling including use of tools and practices.
  6. Guide projects in the design process to maintain alignment to standards.

Requirements:

  1. Degree (or Honours) in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent.
  2. 8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Consulting or a global tech services role.
  3. TOGAF 9 or 10, ArchiMate v3.2.
  4. Orbus Infinity - If you have these, you're a rockstar.
