We're on a quest to revolutionize the relocation industry, and we need a talented Content Creator to help us tell our story As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality content that showcases our unique approach to relocation and drives brand awareness and lead generation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of redefining the art of relocation. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from creating engaging videos and images to developing compelling copy and managing social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Consistency & Audience Connection: Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and messaging while fostering community engagement and trust.
  2. Social Media Growth & Engagement: Increase followers, likes, shares, and comments while boosting overall engagement rates across Facebook and Instagram.
  3. Effective Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that align with business goals and show measurable success in reach and impact.
  4. High-Quality Content Production: Consistently capture and edit engaging videos, images, and testimonials that drive audience engagement and brand visibility.
  5. Lead Generation & Conversion: Track and improve lead generation from social platforms, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly and conversion rates improve over time.
Duties Will Include
  1. Content Creation & Editing:
    • Visit move sites to capture high-quality videos, images, and customer testimonials.
    • Edit and design engaging content using Canva or other approved editing tools.
    • Write compelling captions, post descriptions, and call-to-actions aligned with our brand voice.
    • Train site supervisors to capture raw content.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Upload and schedule content across Facebook and Instagram; Zoho experience a plus.
    • Track and analyze engagement, reach, leads generated, and clicks to action.
    • Optimize content based on performance metrics and audience insights.
    • Manage leads received from social media and respond to clients.
    • Manage management's LinkedIn profiles and content posting.
  3. Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Collaborate with management to plan and execute campaigns and content calendars.
    • Propose creative content ideas and strategies to enhance audience engagement.
    • Manage website SEO enhancement.
  4. Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
    • Work closely with the sales team to align messaging with business objectives.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community relationships.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all posts and marketing materials.
  5. Advertising & Performance Tracking:
    • Manage ad hoc Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
    • Monitor and report on campaign success, suggesting improvements for future strategies.
    • Adjust organic and paid strategies based on performance insights.
  6. Website:
    • Manage website, update content, and keep relevant.
  7. Marketing material:
    • Brochures and marketing material.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Content Editing: Solid experience with video and image editing tools (such as Canva or similar) and the ability to create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms.
  • Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: A working knowledge of SEO strategies and digital marketing principles, with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to refine content.
  • Own Transport & Valid Driver's License: The willingness and flexibility to travel to move sites for content capture, ensuring authentic brand storytelling and real-time engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Zoho for social media management.
  • Copywriting and storytelling expertise to craft compelling messages.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, management) to ensure brand alignment.
