Experience:
  1. 2 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
  2. Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.
  3. Experience with cloud computing, database management, and network security.
Certifications:
  1. CompTIA A or Network beneficial for technical support roles.
  2. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or MCSE advantageous for system administration.
  3. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar networking certification.
  4. ITIL Certification beneficial for understanding IT service management.
Skills:
  1. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  2. Excellent communication skills for user support and training.
  3. Good time management and multitasking abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining IT systems securely.
