Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Merand Corbett & Associates.

• Operations: Direct and coordinate production, pricing, sales, and distribution activities.
• Operations: Oversee the development of plans, process improvements, and performance monitoring.
• Operations: Assign work schedules and duties to direct reports.
• Operations: Review financial statements and performance data to ensure goal achievement.
• Operations: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Operations: Implement departmental goals, policies, and processes.
• Operations: Oversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in collaboration with HR.
• Operations: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
• Operations: Maintain positive employee relations and a productive work culture.
• Operations: Ensure efficient service delivery and resolve operational challenges.
• Sales: Translate business plans into actionable steps to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Sales: Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Sales: Formulate and implement client strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Sales: Maintain and update client records, fostering relationships with key clients.
• Sales: Oversee recruitment and motivation of the sales team.
• Sales: Prepare resources to meet future service and sales demands.
• Sales: Represent the company at functions and events.
• Finance: Contribute to and approve annual budgets.
• Finance: Control departmental resources within budget guidelines.
• Finance: Compile and present budget reports to the Managing Director.
• Finance: Oversee revenue, expenses, and cash flow management.
• Finance: Analyze financial reports to identify cost reduction opportunities.

• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Willingness to work after hours and on Saturdays.
• National business travel required.
