Caregiving Opportunity at Allmed Healthcare Professionals


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team in a frail care facility setting in Sandringham. If you have experience in frail care and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing direct patient care to frail care clients in a supportive and non-judgmental manner
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and updates to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:



  • Current RN or EN registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in frail care or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of empathy and compassion
