  • Resource Management: Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site, managing the procurement and delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate records of site activities.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the construction team, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring that all workers adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years' experience in a Site Agent role, with a strong background in construction management and project coordination.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Projects, excellent project management and organizational skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure: The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
