Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of our plant and equipment. This includes:

Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and optimize performance.
  2. Conducting thorough fault-finding and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  3. Providing expert guidance and support to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Liaising with management to plan and execute upgrades and projects that improve plant efficiency and system reliability.
  5. Managing system maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  6. Responding promptly to break-downs and performing emergency repairs to maintain production continuity.
  7. Auditing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and stock control regulations.

Working Conditions:

• Working in a factory environment – hot and noisy

• Required to work 6 days, overtime, unusual working hours (after hours, weekends and public holidays) and perform standby and call out duties.
