We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to join our team at Anacin Recruitment Agency. This role requires an individual with expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and advisory services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on financial matters, ensuring the company's financial health and growth. Key responsibilities include:

1. Financial Reporting:

* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (IFRS) that meet regulatory requirements.

* Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.

2. Audit and Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate audits and provide recommendations to improve financial processes.

3. Financial Planning and Analysis:

* Develop and implement financial models to support business growth.

* Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to ensure alignment with company goals.

4. Taxation:

* Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize financial performance.

* Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

5. Financial Management:

* Develop and implement financial policies to drive business growth.

* Monitor and control financial performance to ensure efficiency.

6. Advisory Services:

* Provide financial guidance to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

* Conduct financial due diligence to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from a reputable institution (SAICA/ICAEW/ACCA).

2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

3. Minimum 3-5 years post-articles experience in auditing, financial reporting, and taxation.

4. Strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent analytical skills.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

6. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Desirable Qualifications:

1. A Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.

2. Experience in financial management or leadership roles.

3. Knowledge of international financial reporting standards.

4. Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a competitive role with a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
