Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator and Accounting Specialist to join our team at West Coast Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage debtors and creditors accounts using Xero Accounting software, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, maintaining efficient workflows and high-quality record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly payment schedules, guaranteeing seamless financial operations.
  • Conduct data capturing, analyze financial information, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Organize and manage filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access and compliance.
  • Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments, reducing financial risks.
  • Assist with various administrative duties as needed, supporting the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting software and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.), enabling seamless financial management.
  • Previous experience in debtors/creditors management and general administration, demonstrating expertise and efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, fostering collaboration and results-driven work environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality financial records and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Estimated Salary: R 30,000 - R 45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary is competitive and reflective of the role's responsibilities and requirements.
