The Opportunity

We are seeking a Mechanic Engagement Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Mechanic Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the Castrol FastScan App to independent and non-independent automotive service workshops, driving mechanic registrations, and gathering feedback to improve the overall user experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the Castrol FastScan App to designated automotive workshops within assigned territories.
  • Provide training on app usage and its benefits to mechanics and workshop personnel.
  • Gather feedback from mechanics and workshop personnel to improve the overall user experience.
  • Collect and input required data points via the internal app and submit daily updates on mechanic registrations and other KPIs.
  • Distribute promotional materials such as Z-cards and leaflets to mechanics and workshop personnel to raise awareness about the Castrol FastScan App.

Requirements

  • Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5
  • Drivers' License with own vehicle
