Salary: R 120,000 - R 180,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and building control equipment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

  • Repair and build control equipment according to operational procedures (OPIs).
  • Perform quality checks and functional testing of repaired equipment.
  • Maintain test equipment and ensure product tracking and paper flow are observed.
  • Compile documentation such as OPIs, change requests, and engineering change records.
  • Create purchase requisitions and manage inventory.
  • Prepare equipment for dispatch to customers.
  • Analyze repairs data to improve design and provide feedback to engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
  • At least 1-year experience working with printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Fault-finding skills to component-level.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office and schematic capture software.
  • Software programming skills desirable.
