Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a variety of adult entertainment programs, including games, competitions, and parties, in line with our standards and guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with other members of the entertainment team to create a diverse and exciting program for guests.
  3. Engage with guests and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere during activities.
  4. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all activities.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Crew Life at Sea, promoting our services and events to guests.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the adult entertainment program.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  9. Assist with other entertainment duties as needed, including but not limited to children's activities and shows.
Qualifications:
  1. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise or hospitality industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Creative and innovative mindset.
  6. Energetic and outgoing personality.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  9. Must be able to pass a background check and medical examination.
