Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement: Manage daily sales, including rental, parts, and service targets, and respond promptly to any identified problems.
  • Work in Progress: Continuously monitor and facilitate all work-in-progress tasks, ensuring accurate processing of warranty claims and timely completion of ongoing projects.
  • Branch Management: Analyze branch financial performance, revenue, and expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Management: Ensure effective staff training, mentoring, and coaching, as well as manage staff within the branch.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in people management, sales, and parts management, with a strong technical background.
  • Technical qualifications, such as People Management, Financial Management, or Marketing and Sales Certifications (advantageous).
  • Administrative skills, including financial interpretation aptitude.
  • A high level of problem-solving ability.
