Agronomist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist Specialist to join our team at Dante Personnel. As a key member of our agricultural services, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the citrus and table grape industries.

• Develop and implement effective crop management strategies to optimize yields and quality.
• Conduct thorough assessments of soil, climate, and pest conditions to inform fertilization and irrigation practices.
• Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in agronomy and crop management.

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in citrus and table grape production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis software.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
