This is a challenging yet rewarding role for a tenacious, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in growing a new dealership. The successful candidate will oversee the full profitability and productivity of the dealership, encompassing Sales, Workshop, and Parts. Key requirements include a minimum of 3 years of Dealer Principal experience within a franchised dealership, coupled with a solid track record and previous experience in growing a new dealership. Additionally, a Matric Certificate, valid Driver's License, and stable work history are essential. Reliable and contactable references are also required.
