Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and assess claims to determine validity and ensure timely payment. Detect and prevent fraud by verifying claim details and conducting investigations. Maintain accurate records and reports to track claim progress and outcomes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claims issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate, FAIS compliance, RE5 certification, and computer literacy. Minimum 2 years' experience in claims environment. Insurance institute or insurance qualification is desirable.
