Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager, Business Intelligence

About the Role:

HelloKindred is seeking a dedicated Senior Marketing Manager, Business Intelligence to serve as the chief custodian and manager of a brand to drive the long and short-term marketing strategy to achieve the overall objectives for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Effectiveness: Develop and drive the BI brand marketing strategy, aligning business and marketing strategy, and delivering on the communication strategy.
  • Marketing Communications: Lead and coordinate the development and delivery of marketing communications strategy across all stakeholders to support the business plan and deliver against profit targets.
  • Performance Management: Manage and report on the performance of the brand and deliver to the targets set, setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and holding them accountable.
  • Leadership and Direction: Set and communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the BI Brand's mission, vision, and values, driving internal marketing culture and employee engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Budgeting and Costing: Take responsibility for setting and managing function budgets so they align with organisational strategy.
  • Marketing Impact Assessment: Define appropriate metrics, assess activities, and recommend improvements based on metrics and analyses.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate Marketing, Advertising, Communications qualification.
  • 10 or more years' substantial general work experience in Marketing.
  • B2B experience preferred.
  • Retail and FMCG industry preferred.
  • 6 or more years' experience in managing a Marketing team.
