Key Responsibilities:- Light the fire to ensure a perfect braai setup.
- Develop and implement an effective Meat Sequence to optimize cooking time and quality.
- Monitor and adjust the meat to ensure even cooking and prevent overcooking.
- Maintain good coal levels to ensure a consistent heat source.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to ensure a positive braai experience.
- Contribute to the merchandising of our braai products and services.
