IT Manager

At Express Employment Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Delivery Manager to lead our team of IT professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Project Management: Coordinate and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 suite, firewalls, desktop support, servers, cloud backup, and cybersecurity principles.
• Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing customer-centric support and addressing client needs and concerns.
• Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors for hardware, software, and services.
• Documentation and Reporting: Strong documentation skills for processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and ability to generate reports on team performance, project status, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, and others related to specific technologies.
• Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals, with expertise in project management, technical skills, and communication and customer service.
