About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Strategist to join our team at Recruitment. As a Wealth Strategist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, assessing their financial goals, and providing tailored investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to support clients in achieving their financial objectives.
• Provide professional and consistent communication to manage client relationships and ensure all compliance and integrity standards are met.
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Currently pursuing CFA/CFP certification.
• 2 or more years of solid experience as a Financial Planner or similar role.
• FSCA experience and RE5 advantageous.
