Job Description

\

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analysis Team Lead to join our BI department and drive business outcomes by leveraging data insights and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The role is open to applicants from various locations, with remote work possible.

  • Partner with stakeholders across levels and departments to propose data-driven solutions supporting business strategy execution.\
  • Lead a team of analytics specialists to deliver scalable data & analytics solutions and insights driving business objectives.\
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into data modelling, reporting, and analysis specifications ensuring alignment with actual business needs.\
  • Take ownership of projects, maintain project roadmaps, and communicate status to stakeholders.\
  • Share data and analysis results in intuitive visualizations improving access and visibility.\
  • Train users on reports, BI tools, and analysis results interpretation.\
  • Provide clear performance standards, hold team members accountable, and implement practices enhancing team morale and performance.\
  • Proactively resolve issues impairing team delivery goals.\
  • Monitor staff compliance with HR policies and procedures.\
  • Contribute to data warehousing, governance, and analytics standards through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and documentation.\
  • Develop and deliver Data & Analytics solutions as part of the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\
  • 6+ years working experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence driving Analytics/BI projects to successful completion resulting in business impact.\
  • 3+ years leading a team of BI/Data & Analytics specialists.\
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills gathering and communicating Analytics/BI project requirements, outcomes, results, and status.\
  • Advanced SQL skills (development and optimization).\
  • R or Python programming for data analytics.
