About the Role

This is a key management position that requires an experienced manager who can attract clients, provide excellent customer service, motivate staff, control costs, and maintain high levels of sales on an ongoing basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and report on individual and team sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded, take a hands-on approach in supporting vehicle sales executives to meet their targets, and engage in active marketing and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing guidance and support to vehicle sales executives to meet their sales targets.
  2. Conducting market and competitor analyses to inform sales strategies and target parameters.

  4. Identifying training and development needs for the vehicle sales team.

Requirements & Skills

To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years' experience in a similar position, preferably within a franchised business. A valid driver's license is essential, and specific brand experience or a diploma in Business or Marketing Management would be advantageous.
