Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Dealership Supervisor - Commercial Truck Workshop to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the commercial truck industry and be diesel trade tested with a valid certification.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics and technicians.
  • Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Allocate jobs to workshop staff based on their skills and workload.
  • Monitor and maintain workshop equipment and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and parts used.
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates on work progress and address any concerns.
  • Train and mentor workshop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
