Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to associates, management, and clients. This includes utilizing effective presentation and facilitation skills, as well as creative training techniques and accelerated learning methods in a classroom or virtual environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in delivering English Language and Soft-skills Training in the BPO/Hospitality/Service or Insurance industry. Prior exposure to training is preferred.

We are looking for someone with excellent listening and written communication skills, as well as a detailed knowledge of grammar rules, sounds, syllable stress, phonetics, and effective business writing skills.

  • Duties include delivering training to associates, management, or clients
  • Monitoring and evaluating training programs for quality and effectiveness
  • Maintaining batch MIS records
  • Conducting voice and written assessments at the HCC
