Banquet Waiter Job Description

The Banquet Waiter is a key member of our team at Blou Blitz Storage Facility, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during banquet events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the quality of food and beverages by inspecting them before serving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area by cleaning tables, refilling condiments, and restocking items as needed.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down of buffet or other banquet areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving any customer complaints or problems in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
