**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid UI Designer to join our team. As a Hybrid UI Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing the usability and aesthetic appeal of our logistics platform. Your primary responsibility will be to design visually engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms, aligning with the brand's design language and user needs.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and user feedback into polished UI designs. Your expertise will include designing intuitive, visually compelling, and efficient interfaces that balance user needs with business goals.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design visually engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms, aligning with the brand's design language and user needs.
  • Work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and user feedback into polished UI designs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration and implementation of UI designs.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency across all design assets.
  • Assist in maintaining and evolving the UI component library and design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

**Qualifications:**

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI design, preferably with experience in the logistics or tech industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Knowledge of prototyping tools is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of responsive design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs that demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of user-centered design.

**Estimated Salary:** R350,000 - R450,000 per annum
