- Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends and advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in heat exchanger design and sales.
- Strong business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles.
- Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
