About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand the organisation's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. They will also be responsible for linking and aligning the business mission, strategy, and processes of the organisation to its information technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, analyse, optimise, document, implement, and test end-to-end enterprise business processes.
  • Interact with the business community at all levels, facilitating design workshops, conducting end-user training, and leading presentations to senior management and executives.
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organisation to build a holistic view of the organisation's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.
  • Link and align the business mission, strategy, and processes of the organisation to its information technology strategy.
  • Document using multiple models or views that show how the current and future needs of the organisation will be met efficiently, sustainably, agilely, and adaptably.
  • Bring business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes together efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform business analysis tasks to connect information technology, processes, and business needs in varying levels of detail within an area of specialty.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
  • Mastery of industry-recognised knowledge areas for Business Analysis, working at the highest levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity within the organisation.
  • Experience in Enterprise Collections and client and product risk management is preferred. Candidates must have worked on agile projects, understanding the SAFe framework, and using agile tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as process mapping tools like Aris.
  • Experience with collections and recoveries projects in the banking industry, including transactional banking products and secured and unsecured lending products.
  • Experience in applying process modelling standards such as BPMN.
  • Knowledge of and exposure to business process transformation, including process enabling and integrating technologies.
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering, Workflow/Workflow management, and Process automation.
