Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cluster financial team and oversee all financial functions.
  • Manage financial activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, goals, and targets.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including budgets, tax submissions, audits, and risk reports.
  • Drive tax compliance across various categories.
  • Provide strategic input at board level and participate in acquisitions.
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems, processes, and infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • BCom Accounting / Finance.
  • BCom Honours Accounting (CTA).
  • Fully Qualified CA(SA) / CIMA.
  • PSIRA Certificate Grade B (may be required for board participation).
Experience & Skills Required
  • 10 - 15 Years Experience in Senior Management Roles.
  • Must have exposure within the commercial industry (Security, Aviation, Retail).
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of tax management and company restructuring.
  • Understanding of BBBEE codes of good practice.
  • Proven leadership experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
