Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and validate all invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and review debtor reports to ensure timely payments.
  • Collections: Develop and implement strategies to recover outstanding debts efficiently.
  • Reconciliations: Verify and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial administration: Maintain accurate records, manage cash flow, and provide financial insights.
  • Credit notes: Process and issue credit notes as necessary.
  • Handle queries from customers and suppliers promptly and professionally.
  • Ad hoc reports: Provide financial analysis and support to management as required.
  • Credit vetting: Assess creditworthiness of new customers and vendors.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BCom Accounting or similar degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably with Syspro expertise.
