Job Responsibilities- Design and develop automated test scripts to ensure that software meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases and develop testing strategies.
- Develop and execute automated tests to ensure that software meets quality standards.
- Identify and report defects to development teams and provide recommendations for defect fixes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA testing within a business context.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring other test team members.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
