We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Amazon Operations Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
