Auto Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Electrician to join our team at Redpath Mining in Limpopo, South Africa. As an experienced professional with 3 years of underground experience as an Auto Electrician on trackless equipment, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing TMM LV electrical systems, finding faults, and executing work orders to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate or equivalent, a valid Automotive Electrical Trade Test, and a Colour coding course. They will also possess a valid Driver's license and be medically fit to work underground.

• At least 3 years' underground trackless experience as a qualified Artisan
• Component failure analysis and prevention, equipment installation, repair & maintenance in underground trackless mining section
• Working knowledge of the Minerals Act & regulations
• Lock-out procedures

The successful candidate will adhere to our Safety System and undertake preventative maintenance on TMM LV electrical systems. They will also execute work orders as per schedule, find and repair faults on TMM LV electrical systems, and undertake training to remain up-to-date with new developments in the field.

We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical aid, life insurance, and retirement savings.
