Job Description

The successful individual will be responsible for conducting Discovery Flexicare telesales, focusing on key outputs such as identifying sales opportunities and maintaining accurate records of queries.

Additionally, the individual will communicate with members via phone, fax, and email, while attending to general administration tasks and adhering to service level agreements.

Personal Attributes and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess goal-oriented and self-motivated traits, with the ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

They must also demonstrate persuasiveness, sound time management skills, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in an outbound telesales environment is required, along with health product knowledge and PC literacy skills.

Tertiary qualifications are an advantage, and NQF5 and RE5 qualifications are a requirement.
